This Shipping Policy explains how TeslGo processes and ships orders placed on https://www.teslgo.com.
1. Shipping Coverage
TeslGo ships to more than 90 countries and regions. Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, package dimensions, destination, customs restrictions, and carrier service availability.
If we are unable to ship a product to your destination after the order is placed, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are reviewed and processed before shipment.
- Order cutoff time: 3:00 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8)
- Processing time: 3 business days
Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Transit Time
Estimated transit time after dispatch depends on item size and shipping method:
- items under 90 cm: about 7 days;
- items over 90 cm with expedited shipping: about 7 days;
- items over 90 cm with standard shipping: about 14-30 days.
Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, customs clearance, local carrier performance, peak seasons, weather events, or other factors outside our control.
4. Estimated Total Delivery Time
Estimated total delivery time depends on processing time, item size, destination, and selected shipping method:
- items under 90 cm: typically about 10 days;
- items over 90 cm with expedited shipping: typically about 10 days;
- items over 90 cm with standard shipping: typically about 17-33 days.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on volumetric weight, package size, destination, and carrier rates.
The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and similar charges may apply depending on the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information when available.
Please allow carrier systems time to activate tracking updates after dispatch.
8. Delays
TeslGo is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, airline or carrier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or address issues provided by the customer.
9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply.
